MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Purpose
Sales agents will accept payment from customers regarding
their policy.
Applicability
Guide on how to take monthly payments for any type of
policy.
Prerequisites
Understanding of insurance companies websites and
Insurance Pro, Freshworks, and OneSpan
Limited Lines License or P&C required if any agency fee is
included
Responsibilities
Sales agent- in charge of accepting payments in person or
over the phone for insurance policy and transmitting those
payments to the appropriate carrier.
DSM- may accept a payment from a customer if the Sales
agent is not available.
