SALES TRAINING














                  Purpose
                  Sales  training  will  help  guide  agents  to  become  better

                  sellers in their position.


                  Applicability

                  Effective  training  will  help  agents  to  sell  more  policies,

                  increasing revenue.


                  Prerequisites
                  To  successfully  obtain  a  valid  insurance  license  within

                  30 days


                  Responsibilities

                  Sales  agent-  successfully  complete  the  training  and
                  implement the techniques when handling leads and other

                  production activities.

                  DSM- in charge of coaching agents outside of L&D training
                  and  tracking  progress  of  agents  after  administered

                  coaching.

                  RSM-  in  charge  of  assisting  DSMs  in  cases  where  sales
                  agents are not performing well after repeated coaching.
