Create a Contact
Step Check for duplicates
1. Enter the contact’s First 1
Name, Last Name, Step before saving
Mobile Phone Number, 2
and email address
2. Click the “Check for
duplicates” button at
the bottom. If a
duplicate exists, click
on the existing contact Step
and update it, or go 3
back and change your
new contact’s
information to
something unique to
them.
3. If quoting: on the profile
page, update the Status
to Contacted, answer
the mandatory
questions, then click NEXT PAGE →
“Save”
