Dashboard

The Dashboard is the Agent’s application to create and manage Customer “Packages”. The main functions of the
Dashboard for Agents are:

1) Create a New Package for a Customer. (Includes Agent signing)
2) View the status of the Package
3) Review and Verify the uploaded Customer images. (Pictures of the car, driver’s license, odometer, etc)
4) Un-Expire a Package

To access the Dashboard, the URL is https://app-us.digitalacceptance.cloud/dashboard/#

You can access the website using Roboform. Your password has already been set, so please do not reset it.

Overview of the Dashboard

Select box to show your Search by Package Details of
office’s packages Customer Name selected item

Carrier Name

Change the date List of Carriers and option
Access Reporting
range for the list to Create a new Package
