STORY GEOFF HOATSON

CEO/Founding Attorney
My grandparents made just about every legal mistake a senior can
make. They suffered through mistreatment by nursing homes, financial
exploitation by their neighbors, memory care facilities, lawsuits, and
even an accidental disinheritance. I’ve seen - first hand - how
emotionally and financially devastating it can be when seniors go it
alone. I watched from the living room as my family had stressful - and
sometimes tearful - conversations about the future. They were all
doing their best, trying to figure it out on their own. And that really
was the worst part - our family was alone, there was no help.

Unfortunately, I know that almost every family out there is just like
mine was adrift in a sea of uncertainty, no guidance, everything at
risk. That’s the reason that I’ve made it my life’s work to create this
remarkable law firm focused on helping people get through their
scariest times. So that no matter how bad things seem, we can serve
as a beacon in the darkness. That there is hope. That there is
protection. That it will be okay.

Family is the most important thing in life and it is what inspired the
name of my law firm. My firm's sole purpose is to make a positive

change in this world one family at a time, by helping you put your
family first.
