If you are in a state of depression, have a mental ill- ness or issue with addiction, know that you are not alone. Remember that your life is God’s gift to the world. Your life matters. You are precious to each living being on our planet, and to the people within your Circle of Love and Circle of Life, you mean the world. Your decisions today have a domino effect, not only in your own life, but in each sphere of interaction. Do not take things into your own hands. Allow the Creator to guide you to seek help from those who care. They are waiting to hear from you! You will not be judged or punished. You are God’s creation, and you deserve to achieve the height of your potential. Never stop reaching! Someone will listen. Hope is never lost. God has angels who will provide you with hope, health, prosperity, and happiness.

With Mental Health Practitioners
In our COVID-19 era, reaching out to mental health professionals most often takes place digitally or via phone, not in an office building (though in-person visits can take place with strict hygienic practices). While nothing can replace the human touch, any form of intervention will be helpful in reducing stress and anxiety. Clients feel at ease when someone is ‘there’ for them, regardless of the method of communication and heart-to-heart expressions of emotion.
Clients’ Fears
People mostly fear the unknown—what will happen to- morrow. They ask, “will this virus come to an end or will
