Dissolve gelatine
 Soften gelatine leaves by leaving them in a bowl of cold water for
5 minutes. The gelatine leaves have to be fully covered with water. Re- move the gelatine leaves from the bowl and squeeze them out. Empty the bowl. Place the squeezed gelatine leaves back in the bowl.
 Moisten the flannels and then roll them up.
 Place them beside one another in a perforated cooking container.

Steam cooking  Temperature: 70 °C Cooking duration: 2 minutes
 Place gelatine powder in a bowl and add water according to the instruc- tions on the packaging.
 Cover the bowl and place in a perfor- ated container.
