ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
OFFENSES
Excessive Tardiness.
Excess of six (6) instances or an accumulated tardiness of 60 minutes, whichever comes first, within one monthly cut-off period.
• Accumulated tardiness in excess of 60 minutes per monthly cut-off period will be deducted from pay. • Tardiness includes unauthorized extensions during break periods
• The accumulated number of offenses is by calendar year.
Excessive Absences.
Exceeding the number of absences more than the allowable leave credits that adversely affects work productivity.
Failure to use Bioscrypt Reader log in/out at required instances.
Required instances include:
• Upon arrival at the start of working hours
• Before leaving the company premises after work hours
• Before leaving and upon return from Official Business (OB) • Before and after taking scheduled breaks
Tampering of Official Business Logs
Official Business calls should be pre-approved and filed through HRIS on the next day, at the latest. Declaring inaccurate information on the official business logs is dishonesty.
