I attended an event on behalf of the company / I was sent to a seminar by the company and received freebies / gifts. Can I keep it?
When representing the company in external events / seminars, always consider that we receive free items or gifts on behalf of the company. Therefore, employees are expected to declare and, if necessary, turn-over these items to HR.
A government official hinted that “things will go more smoothly,” if I were to give him extra payment on the side. May I do so?
No. All payments must be made to the government agency and never to any government employee/official, without regard to the size of the payment. We want to make sure that the integrity and image of the company will not be tarnished.
One of my colleagues emailed/texted/chatted an inappropriate joke to me. I find it offensive, but I don’t know if I should approach my co-worker with my concern. What should I do?

We each have an obligation to ensure that FGI is a great place to work and offensive behavior such as this is not acceptable. If you feel uncomfortable speaking with your co-worker directly, talk to your immediate superior or HR.
