Tasks
A task list is available which allows staff members to set tasks for others. When creating a task, the user
chooses the assignee and sets a deadline for the task. A type for the task can be selected (e.g. telephone,
laboratory). A text description can be added to the task as well to add more details. Tasks can be linked to a
client or a patient.
Users can choose to receive SMS notifications about expiring tasks. Every user can decide for themselves if
they want to receive these reminders. A task list icon is fixed and always visible on Provet Cloud’s top bar.
This icon shows the user the number of undone tasks on their task list and changes colour, if there are
expired tasks on the list.

Tasks can also be set to be repeated daily, weekly, monthly or yearly:
