Consultation process

Patients who have been marked as arrived can be taken to the ‘consultation view’ from the ‘dashboard’ with a
simple click of the stethoscope icon:

In the ‘consultation view’ the information about the patient and client is visible at all times with shortcuts to
more detailed patient and client information. Patient’s medical journal is easily accessible from the book icon
in front of the patient’s name.

From the right hand side menu a user can navigate the consultation page easily using shortcuts. This reduces
the need for scrolling on the page as required sections of the consultation page can be accessed quickly with
            just one click:

It is possible to add documents and media as ‘connected notes’ and to create ‘cost estimates’ for the client as
well as set an upper spending limit for the consultation. ‘Estimates’ can be utilized similarly to ‘item
templates’. Items on the original estimate can easily be added to the actual consultation. All items from the
estimate can be added or just some of them. More items, which weren’t included in the estimate, can of
course be added normally to the consultation.

            Clinical notes

Multiple clinical notes can be added. Date and time and user information is recorded when a user creates or
edits a clinical note. A version history is kept for the clinical notes so changes can be easily tracked. When
creating a clinical note, a type for the note can be decided which is used for categorizing clinical notes and
            reporting.

Clinical notes on the consultation page can be filtered so that, for example, only current day’s notes are
shown. Text search is also available for the clinical notes on the consultation page.
