Workflow description
Generally, Provet Cloud client process follows the pattern; Appointment booking > Arrival to the clinic >
Consultation > Mark ready for discharge > Discharge > Invoicing > Feedback. The practice may decide to
bypass some of the steps. Below is this process visualized with some of the key functionalities.
Provet Cloud workflow:
It is possible to create Departments for different clinics or locations (such as Small animal hospital, Equine
hospital, Large animal hospital, Mobile service) and still share the client and patient data between the
departments. Each department can have multiple wards (such as Internal medicine, Surgery, IVA, Onchology,
Anesthesia, etc.) to manage workflows and financial rep
