Appointment booking
We provide an appointment calendar from which appointments are created and managed. Appointment
booking can also be initiated directly from client’s or patient’s file. The appointment calendar relies on shift
planning to control who is visible on the calendar on any given day.
Appointment calendar in Provet Cloud:
The appointment calendar can be filtered by person, wards, teams or resources. Wards are sections of a
hospital and resources are typically rooms or equipment. Wards and resources can be booked for
appointments to avoid double bookings on an operating rooms or other resources. Resources can also be
used for booking appointments without a veterinarian.
Finder
Our appointment calendar has a built-in finder tool which allows the user to easily find available booking times
for a specified person. The user defines the length of the time slot needed, veterinarian, and the date range
from which to search. The result is a list of available times, assuming there are any suitable slots available.
