5G integration to Stroke Rehabilitation Robotics Systems

This project is to implement a 5G network to enhance the operation of the
medical robots developed at the Regional Center of Robotics Technology, Faculty of
Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. The developed robots consist of 2 categories:

1) Care robots: Robot-assist evaluation, caring and rehabilitation services for the
elderly and post-stroke patients, and 2) Cure robots: Medical robots for stroke
rehabilitation and Aging.
Both Care robots and Cure robots are equipped with cloud computing and

cloud database management. Both healthcare and rehabilitation information of
patients can be used and analyzed so that the effect of healthcare can be improved
as necessary.
