EVALUATION CRITERIA
The bids will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of 80/20 Preference
Point System prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy
Framework Act No.5 of 2000, pertaining to Preferential Procurement
Regulations 2022, as well as the Joe Gqabi District Municipality's Supply
Chain Management Policy-80 points will account for Price and 20 points

render the bid non-responsive. Bids will be subjected to functionality
criteria and bids that scores less than 20 out of 40 points will be considered
non-responsive.

The Council reserves the right to extend the Tender Period and/or alter
Conditions of Tender during the Tender Period at its own discretion.
