The Webster’s Summer BBQ
Jess and Scott, were pleased to receive Jonathan and Linda’s
enquiry to assist them in hosting their Niece’s post lock down
th
wedding party. Following their meeting on Sunday 4 April 2021,
we’re pleased to provide a summary and proposed menu and
options for you to choose from.
Summary
At their meeting on the 4 th April, Jonathan and Linda expressed
their desire to create an event whereby they could relax and enjoy
the company of their guests without Linda having to be consumed
in the cooking, serving and clearing, and would like The Host’s
Pantry team to be present to cook for them and their guests, serve
drinks and make sure that their event runs a smoothly as possible.
Having reviewed The Host’s Pantry website their initial thought on
dishes was Galician Steaks, Brined Roasted Chicken, and BBQed
whole Monkfish. During our discussion, we also discussed
providing the canapes, and the potential for us to cook off
sausages and burgers for consumption later into the night as well
as the creation of a “Cheesecake”, with Linda creating her family
favourite desserts.
Glassware and potentially cutlery will be hired from Crockahiwle,
and we believe that if we’re able to use your china we should have
enough crockery from our own stock to cater for the event.
At this stage we have provided a proposed menu and an outline of
costs for the dishes and for the provision of 4 staff on the day.
We would love to work with you to achieve a fantastic celebration
of your niece’s marriage and assist as much or as little as you
would like us to. We hope you like what follows.
