1 Exchange Square...
This project is currently in the soft stripping
stage, which involves removing non-
structural elements such as fixtures and
fittings. The team are progressing well,
and we are scheduled to complete
work by the end of August.

We are proud to report that our recycling
efforts are impressive, with over 98% of
all waste generated on the site being
recycled. This is a total of 3,526 tonnes of
waste consisting of timber, metal, and
glass, amongst other materials.

We have used a total of 55.57 tCO2e of
overall C02 emissions and are continuing
to work on reducing it. Finally, we are
delighted to announce that 1 Exchange
Square scored 42 out of 45 in our most
recent Considerate Contractor Scheme
audit, which is in the Excellent Category!

Cundy Street Quarter...
All works at Cundy Street have been
completed on time as of Monday, 7th
August, with no incidents or accidents.
Work comprised the demolition of four
blocks of flats, with UXO and pile probing
work and arisings crushed on site by our
crusher.

In July, we welcomed children from
St.Barnabus’ Primary School for a fun and
educational site visit!
