Meet Larry Fincher

Tell us a little bit about your family (children, siblings, famous relatives, etc.).
I have been married for 45 years. I am an only child, I have an only child and she has an only
child. My Mother lives with me and my wife and will be 102 in May.

What is something interesting about you that most folks would not know?
I have never owned a pair of jeans.

What hobbies do you enjoy away from the office?
I gold prospect, metal detect, magnet fish, fish, and do photography.

Where do you go to get away from work and relax?
Either fishing off the dock in my subdivision on West Point Lake or a music concert or just with
a set of headphones on with Amazon unlimited music. I love me some music.

What phrase best describes your outlook on life?
I actually have three:

1. Surround yourself by people smarter than you and better at your job than you.
It’s the best way to learn.

2. If you point out a problem have a better solution.
3. Release the need to take things personally. No one thinks about you as much as

you do.
