Commissioner Moore’s presentation included
statistics on the number of distracted driving
citations DDS processes by geographic regions,
sanctions that DDS imposes for distracted driving
violations, as well as outreach efforts DDS engages in
to inform the public of the dangers associated with
distracted driving.
The September 25th committee meeting was the
second of four meetings scheduled around the state.
