If you look at the list of DDS major accomplishments for last year, it is impressive:
• Kicked off Card Production Services (CPS) Project
• Launched the mobile app, DDS 2 GO
• Implemented Online Road Test Reservations
• Implemented Mobile Issuance of DLs/IDs with GDC at State Prisons
• Improvement to facilities including the ground breaking for a new center
in Gainesville
• Implemented a new lobby management system NemoQ
• Hosted Ask DDS Day with breakout sessions
• Conducted Change Management Training
• Field Operations maintained 95% Service Level for 7 months
• Implemented Predictive Index for hiring Driver Examiners
However, Commissioner Moore has set the bar even higher for 2019 with the Agency
slogan #AchievingNewHeightsin2019. We know that the Card Production Project
(CPS) will be at the top of the list when we reflect on 2019. How are you contributing
