Congratulations to Shibre Williams, CSC Manager,
Locust Grove. She has achieved new heights in
2019 by graduating on January 24th with multiple
degrees from Columbus Technical College!

Shibre received four achievements: Associate of
Applied Science in Applied Technical Management,
Associate of Applied Science in Technical Studies,
Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate
for Technical Specialist.

You may wonder how did she make it all work
being a Center Manager, mother of five and a full-
time student. “I have to be honest, it was really
hard, but knowing that I had five young people that
look up to me and depend on my success kept me
motivated. Instead of telling my kids how important
it is to get an education, I decided to show them!
After 15 years on this journey, I decided last year to
return to school to complete what I had started."

"If I were to give advice to someone that may have
the same goals it would be Keep Pressing and Don't
Quit. Life has its twists and turns, but if you keep
your eyes on the prize you can WIN!"
