During the First Quarter, 2023, (January, February and March), there were 754 compliments submitted by customers
for DDS Team Members’ exceptional customer service.

During the first quarter, District 1, for the third quarter in a row, received the most compliments with 271 total
compliments. The top Customer Service Center, also for the third quarter in a row, was the Dalton CSC with 198 total
compliments. Congratulations to District 1 DM, Casey Smith and Dalton CSC manager, Adonia Jaramillo and the
entire Dalton team, for continuing to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

The examiner with the most compliments during the period was Dalton CSC Examiner Krista Wingfield, for the second
quarter in a row, receiving a total of 83 compliments during the quarter.

During the first quarter, CSC team members received a total of 754 compliments. Forty-three different CSC’s received
compliments, and 143 different team members received compliments for their exceptional customer service.

Deputy Commissioner Rich presented Deputy Commissioner Coins to District One Manager Casey Smith, Dalton CSC
Manager Adonia Jaramillo, Dalton License Examiner Krista Wingfield for leading the state in the number of
compliments for a District, CSC, and Examiner during the First Quarter, 2023.
In addition, Deputy Commissioner Rich presented a Deputy Commissioner coin to Contact Center Agent Yasmin
Hayes for receiving the most Contact Center compliments during the Quarter.
Listed in the charts below were the top five Districts, CSC’s and Team Members and the top three Contact Center
agents during the period.

Congratulations to all the winners for their continuous Exceptional Customer Service to our customers. Thanks, and
