Monica Crawford (Augusta CSC Manager) and Deputy Director of Field Ops Pierre Miles recently visited the
Georgia War Veterans Home in Augusta to issue Veteran IDs to those customers that have issues visiting in
person.

They carried two mobile issuance units expecting to assist around six servicemen. However, when word
spread, the group was excited for the service, and Monica and Pierre issued 21 free Veteran IDs. These
customers served in the Korean War and Vietnam Conflict. The oldest customer was 89 years of age while
the youngest was 70. It was a great event, and all service members were extremely happy to be issued an
Veterans ID. There were quite a few Veterans who received for the first time their free veteran's ID.

The Team plans on returning in the near future. A customer who just celebrated his 100th birthday and is
one of the few remaining WWII veterans is planning on attending!
