Agency Structure
The DDS organization is comprised of ten divisions: Commissioner’s Office; Customer Service Support; Field Operations;
Governmental Affairs and Communication; Human Resources; Information Technology; Legal Services; Investigative
Services; Program Management; and Regulatory Compliance.
Division Directors include: Kecia Bivins, Regulatory Compliance; Bob Griffin, Customer Service Support; Angelique
McClendon, Legal Services; Rick Miller, Investigative Services; Mike Mitchell, Governmental Affairs and Communication;
Debra Moore, Human Resources; Jeff Smith, Information Technology; Cynthia Sneed, Field Operations (retired August
2017); and Brett Young, Program Management Office.
