Class is In Session for DRIVES!
Train The Trainer Meet N Greet Sessions and Orientation
The DRIVES Training Team has been busy bringing DDS Team Members from across the state and throughout
the divisions together for the DRIVES Train-the-Trainer Meet n’ Greet and Orientation. Approximately 26 Team
Members have gathered to meet their DRIVES Coaches and the rest of the DRIVES Training Team. These Team
Members were specifically selected to learn the DRIVES system and share their knowledge by teaching their
coworkers about DRIVES!
The DDS DRIVES Trainers have received an overview of the DRIVES system and detailed information about
DRIVES Training, which includes what is expected of them as a DDS DRIVES Trainer. These Team Members will be
experts in DRIVES by learning and using the new system each day of Train-the-Trainer. As they become experts
in DRIVES, they will create Tier 3 job specific training courses and will teach those courses to their business units.
DDS DRIVES Trainers will be busy – their role includes: Contributing expertise from their business
unit;Developing training content; Delivering Tier 3 training classes and Being a Change Advocate.
