As a reminder for all Team Members, there are multiple tiers of DRIVES Training.
1. Tier 1: CBTs – Starts October 6th for all DDS DRIVES Users
In Tier 1, DDS Team Members will be able start viewing Computer Based Training videos in the DRIVES
Sandbox. These videos will include an overview of the system and allow Team Members to learn the
basics of DRIVES.
2. Tier 2: Fundamentals and Sandbox – Starts October 19th for all DDS DRIVES Users
In Tier 2, DDS Team Members will be able to learn the fundamentals of DRIVES in the DRIVES Sandbox.
3. Tier 3: Job Specific Training – Starts November 30th for CSC Team Members and December 2nd for HQ
Team Members
In Tier 3, DDS DRIVES Trainers will be conducting job specific training for their coworkers. This training
will vary per division.
4. Tier 4: Sandbox Practice Sessions – Starts December 3rd for all DDS DRIVES Users
In Tier 4, DDS DRIVES Users will be able to practice everything they learned in Tiers 1, 2, and 3 in the
DRIVES Sandbox all the way up until Rollout. The more time you spend practicing in the Sandbox, the
more prepared you will be when DRIVES goes live on January 18, 2021!

Your first stop for DRIVES Training is coming very soon. DRIVES Terminology videos will be released in
September! These videos will introduce you to the new terms you will hear in DRIVES and prepare you for the
tiers of DRIVES Training.
As you can see, things are getting exciting, so stay tuned!
