What is Reg Comps biggest challenge today?
Reg Comp’s biggest challenge today is staffing and resources. We hope to have our
full compliment of staff by the end of January which would assist us significantly. We
never have enough staff to do the work that we are required to do.

What is your personal background?
I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago until I left the island at 19 years old to
attend James Madison University (JMU) on a soccer scholarship.

What hobbies or interests do you enjoy away from the office?
I am an avid sports fan, primarily soccer, basketball, football, and baseball. I am a die
hard NY Knicks, NY Giants, NY Mets, Manchester City and Atlanta United fan.

What is something interesting about you that most people don’t know?
I was inducted into the James Madison University Hall of Fame (2007) for my soccer
accomplishments which includes being a two time All-American.

Tell us about your family?
My wife Nyasha and I have been married for 26 years and we have three wonderful
adult children, Jabari (26), Jelani (24) and Jalen (21). We reside in Social Circle,

What is your favorite vacation place?
Anywhere in Brazil

What’s the best piece of advice you were ever given?
The only constant is change. Embrace it!
