                                                             Congratulations on a job well done!
                                                             Yes, there were a few hiccups, upset
                                                             customers and long lines. It was a
                                                             shock, because we haven't had that
                                                             situation in a very long time.  Since
                                                             DDS had raised the bar on customer
                                                             service -- even during the Pandemic
                                                             -- it made it that much more frustrat-
                                                             ing for the DDS Team and our cus-
                                                             tomers.  Remember that it is getting
                                                             better each day, and IT WILL BE SO
