Compliments Report
4th Quarter 2021
District 7 and the Newnan CSC were the top District and CSC for the second quarter in a row for receiving the
most compliments. District 7 had 94 total compliments and Newnan CSC accounted for 35 of those.
Congrats to District 7 DM, Larry Fincher and Newnan CSC manager, Clyde Mitchell, for continuing to promote
“Exceeding Customer Expectations, Every Customer, Every Time” to their Team Members. Rich Williams from
the Thomaston CSC received the most compliments of all DDS Examiners during the 4th quarter of 2021 with
10 compliments.
During the quarter, we received a total of 242 compliments. Thirty-nine different CSC’s received
compliments, and 106 different team members received compliments for their exceptional customer service,
which was more than the total number of team members the quarter before.
Listed in the charts below were the top five Districts, CSC’s and Team Members. As you can see, there were
several ties.
Congratulations to all the top 5 winners and continue providing Exceptional Customer Service to our
customers.
