Anquetta Has Fans!
Anquetta Sherman was recently promoted from Field Opera-
tions to the Information Technology Division as an Analyst. Even
though she has only been in her new role meer weeks, she has
already received one of the nicest customer compliments that
has ever been sent. A portion of the email is below.
Anquetta went above and beyond to help this customer even
though it was outside her job responsibilities. The customer was
thrilled that her daughter was able to keep her roadtest appoint-
ment -- all because of the extra effort that Anquetta put in.
Thanks for all your commitment, Anquetta! You are a true DDS
customer service champion. We are glad that you are on our
Team!
"I am writing you this morning to let you know what an incred-
ible job Anquetta is doing! She went above and beyond to help
me obtain the eadap certificate my daughter needed for her
license. We have been trying for at least two weeks to obtain the
certificate and, at every turn, we have been unsuccessful. Thank-
fully, Anquetta answered my call. "
