Compliments Report
During the second quarter of 2021, District 7 was the top district, for the fourth quarter in a row, to receive the most compli-
ments during the period. The top Customer Service Center, for the second time, was the Thomaston CSC. District 7 received
61 total compliments and Thomaston CSC accounted for 26 of those. Congrats to District 7 DM, Larry Fincher and Thomaston
CSC manager, Josselyn Jester, for continuing to promote “Exceeding Customer Expectations, Every Customer, Every Time” to
their Team Members.
Mary Few, Decatur CSC manager, received the most compliments of all team members during the quarter. Mary received 14
compliments. Denise Kendall, Blue Ridge CSC received the most compliments of all examiners in the state with 10 compli-
ments during the quarter.
During the quarter, CSC team members received a total of 215 compliments. Thirty-seven different CSC’s received compli-
ments, and 91 different team members received compliments for their exceptional customer service.
Listed in the charts below were the top five Districts, CSC’s and Team Members for this quarter.
Congratulations to all the top 5 winners for their continuous Exceptional Customer Service to our customers. Thanks, and
congratulations to ALL team members that received compliments during this period. You define the culture and image of
DDS. Please keep up the great work.
