If someone wants to book an appointment what’s the easiest way for them to do it? The easiest way to book with one of our hair artists here is through text message, that way we have a thread of the guests’ information to input into our system and to match the customer with the best stylist for their check-in at Hair Circus!
Who/What is your favorite act in a circus show? I love the contortionists! I wish I could do that to fit into small spaces and be as flexible as them. It’s amazing what the human body can do!!
What’s your best advice for a colorist just getting into the game? My best advice for a new colorist is that everyone started somewhere! Find artists that you look up to and let them inspire you! Make sure to apprentice under a stylist you admire and follow their lead on how they got to where they are. Learn the structure of a day in the salon, multi-tasking, customer service, modern hair techniques, and how to formulate. Once you learn the rules you will learn how to be creative behind the chair. Don’t give up and follow your heart. Don’t do hair for money .... do it for the passion and the money will follow!
