Get ready for the new normal

The traditional workplace environment is about to be overhauled, re-aligned technology will lead
the way for improved meeting spaces.

The recent pandemic has un-knowingly moved businesses to provide efficient, interactive spaces
which encourages more productive and direct meetings. In order to facilitate an office
transformation, technology acceptance is at the forefront of multi-platform collaboration hubs
that enables hybrid working for all.

Both employers and employees alike will drive a natural migration in the workplace with Hybrid
working at the heart of all company cultures.

Whilst face to face engagements remain integral for any business structure, a combination of
office & home working solutions will continue to strengthen the need for technology
advancements in the Hybrid workspace and by doing so companies will strive to have the latest
devices that will assist their employees to collaborate in a way where they feel that are still part of
the team, regardless of their location.

As a minimum standard, a new or upgraded meeting space must include Camera’s, speakers,
microphones and the ability to share and receive content.

These devices alone are not enough, they have to work together and be user friendly. Previously
hybrid meetings were at best ad-hoc, moving forward they will be a daily occurrence with the
technology associated with-it seamless and streamlined allowing for a professional and
accessible space for the entire workforce.
