Class 1: 60% of weekly salary
Benefit Percentage Class 2: 40% of weekly salary

Accident 14 days

LONG TERM DISABILITY PLAN— FOR SALARIED (EXEMPT) EMPLOYEES
- Cost: $0 – included in the benefit plan
- LTD benefit begins after 90 days of salary continuation
- LTD provides a benefit to an employee when unable to work due to an accident or sickness, and provides coverage of a portion of
the employee’s monthly income.

Desert Mountain Club provides full-time regular exempt employees with Long Term Disability insurance. If an employee is una-
ble to work due to accident or sickness, disability will cover a portion of the employee’s income per month. Benefit is taxable.
