steadily managing to clear these. At the time of writing, there is just one blockage left to resolve, although more may be discovered. Fortunately fibre can be delivered to most properties on the Estate using the existing telegraph poles. Briant are hoping to have the whole Estate covered by early summer.

... the Board consists of Estate residents who give their time to volunteer to run the Estate. All decisions are taken as a Board and we ask residents to be respectful to
individual directors. Please address any issues
through the office and not approach directors directly.
We would like to thank two
long-standing directors who left
the Board in 2022 due to other commitments;
Justine Maddox who looked after the finances and
Steve Wilkinson, who oversaw planning for their long commitment.
