Chris Hill, from the
12 Question’s section, demonstrates he makes a better door than a
a part of the event that everyone was interested in.
My biggest take-away was that your paint doesn’t have to be perfect to have a perfect final product. Believe it or not, Dustin uses crayons to make minor corrections. He gently runs the Crayons across the rock chip, slowing filling it in, and if he does not have a Crayon in your car color he will mix it.
Based on his demonstration, he could fill almost any imperfection
you have in your paint. The combination of crayons and film can hide a lot of flaws. Obviously, you should consult with him ahead of time on that, but I am optimistic that my 145K mile Boxster S would benefit from the crayon touch-up, preserving my car’s finish for many years to come.
