May owers, and most importantly, for hibernation to end. It is time to get your Porsche out for a drive with the club.
Speaking of the club, I thought it would be nice to share some statistics with you about KCRPCA and PCA has a whole.
1) The KCRPCA nally broke 750 members this month! As of February, we have 465 Primary Members and 289 Af liate Members (think of them as the +1 to a party) for a grand total of 754 members. That is the most I have ever seen!
2) PCA as a whole is the largest single marque car club in the world. You are in good company if you are a Porsche-nut.
3) The KCRPCA has close to 25 events on the calendar this year. Think about that. There is a driving, dining, car show or some kind of road trip almost every other weekend! Please take the time to thank a board member for their hard work.

5) Record turnouts at breakfast. It is early in the season, and the 50 degree mornings have brought the KCRPCA out in force with 25 to 35 guys showing up. And, to the best of my knowledge, we are the only club that meets EVERY
Saturday. We have a special thing.
6) Our Changing of the Guard has gone quite a bit more smoothly than our nation’s transition. It is a special thing when people volunteer their time to serve others, to then step aside and let the next group carry the torch.
I’m feeling quite proud to be a member and serve you as your president. I hope to carry on a great tradition with the KCRPCA. Thank you, Tim, for passing the Helmet of Authority. I shall take good care of it.
