ATTENDING A CLUB RACE AND PICKING UP TIPS DURING THE DE

My wife Angela and I experienced a terrific weekend at Heartland Park raceway Driver’s Education in Topeka, KS, sponsored by
the Kansas City Region Porsche Club of America on Saturday and Sunday, 17 – 18th April.
The weekend started off early Saturday morning with the drivers’ safety meeting, followed by the initial track laps; approximately 10 laps
per outing with our assigned instructors. My wife entered
her 2021 Mini Cooper S, and I entered my 2001 911 C4 Porsche. There were 4 track lap sessions each day, Saturday and Sunday, followed by classroom instruction for approximately 1 hour. The entire event was handled very efficiently and professionally from the Senior Instructor, vehicle instructors, and classroom instructors. There were
