It is with a sad heart to announce something we all knew was coming. Spencer Cochran is leaving us and moving to Louisiana. Spencer has been a dedicated club member for many years, coming to almost every event. He has volunteered at autocrosses, been a consistent contributor to the Der Sportwagen, chaired the All German Car Show, been a KCRPCA Director and a KCRPCA Secretary. And he has always been a welcome face at breakfast. Few
I would like to introduce Tom Yearsley. Tom has also been a member of the KRCPA for some time now. Many of you who attend our autocrosses are familiar with his bright yellow Cayman. Yes, the one setting some quick times. That’s him. Tom, we welcome you to the board and are looking forward to working with you.

So on one hand, there has been change. Change that at  rst blush would be big and to some clubs, dif cult to conquer. On the other hand, the KCRPCA is set up to embrace change and grow from it. Board members are set to rotate out every two years. This time it just happened a little earlier than normal.
I guess the more things change, the more they stay the same. And I’m okay with that.
