INGREDIENTS
1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 16oz jar salsa 1 packet of taco seasoning
1-2 cups of shredded lettuce
1-2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack
Optional: fresh diced tomatoes, black olives
Taco Dip
DIRECTIONS
1.Blend cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and 1/2 packet taco seasoning in mixing bowl until smooth.
2.Spread into 9x13 dish, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
3.Before serving, top with lettuce, cheese, remaining seasoning, and any other toppings you enjoy.
Serve with tortilla chips!
