In designing this single-family home, my primary goal was to create a space that offers
comfort to all residents while providing each individual with their own private area to
relax, all within the constraints of designing a house. To achieve this, I incorporated
wooden facade panels to shield certain areas of the building from outside view,
providing added privacy to the balconies. These panels also create captivating shadows,
enhancing the overall aesthetic. Additionally, we meticulously designed the outdoor wall,
specifying the materials for each part.
The house comprises two floors, with the bedrooms primarily located on the top floor
alongside an open living area that connects all rooms. The main floor features a
kitchen, laundry room, two living rooms—one private and one for guests—and a master
bedroom for guests. Lastly, the garage is situated a short distance from the house,
separate from it, to minimize noise and potential odors.
