"This is the first time I've been to this clinic and will now make it my go to spot. Not talking
bad about the last place I attended because they were great but I just felt more at home here.
The staff took the time to make sure I was comfortable and I have to give Kudos to the nurse
there. I'm an employee here and walked up to the clinic. She was concerned enough to ask
me if I wanted a bottle of water for my journey back. That really touched me more than
anything else and like my Momma always told me it's the little things that count the most.

"I had a gold star customer service experience with every single person I interacted with,
including someone guiding me to the appropriate building and office area! I cannot say
enough good things about everyone at JH. In particular, the lady at the radiology department
front desk who was so helpful to me. I had called twice to reconfirm that I did not need an
appointment to have Xrays taken. Upon arriving I was told that had changed and I did indeed
need an appointment. After learning that I'd driven an hour to get to JH, she gave me the
phone number to call and explain my situation. I did and got a recording that the scheduling
office was closed for a staff meeting. When I came back to her, she made a phone call and got
me in the cue to have my Xrays. The paperwork was already in the system. Great initiative and
customer service! I was so grateful! My day went from awful to great, all because JH staff
people took the time to help me.
