★Attend the Champion Connects! Champion Connects are quarterly meetings that allow
Champions to share their successes, best practices, and to reflect and exchange ideas with one another.
The goal of these touch points is to chat through ways to work with your colleagues to continue to
cultivate a culture of health and well-being throughout your workspace. We ask that Champions attend
at least two of the four Connects throughout the year.
★Respond to the two Champion Check-in surveys sent each year. We value our Champions and
want to know what you think. Champion Check-ins give you a chance to share honest feedback. Check
ins are emailed in June and November (mid to end Q2 and Q4).
