GENERAL WORKING IN ENGLISH

Course content

Participants work in small groups and the course concentrates on developing key
language and practical skills in situations where English is used around the world,
enabling participants to function more effectively in a wide variety of situations :
• Ways of emphasizing, highlighting and hedging
• Eliciting techniques, dealing with questions and responding to student evaluation
• Encouraging and giving feedback when interacting with students
• A focus on levels of formality in spoken English
