     The NW Arkansas ESC Literacy Newsletter





                                                                 Welcome Back!
               In This Issue:

                                          As I pondered what to write to kick off this newsletter for the 2022-23 school

                                          year, I received an email from Dr. Hixon letting the literacy specialists know

                                          development in literacy. Wow! This is a testimony of the professionalism
         R.I.S.E. in Action              and resilience of Arkansas teachers! Not only did you rest pool side or
