It was stated that separate artwork for the 1996 and 2002 registrations in Hong Kong will not

be required. Although the product will be registered according to the 1996 standard the pack

artwork will state ISO 4074:2002 by agreernent with the ThaiFDA,

The T&E was reviewed. According to the latest T&E there was a 3-month delay between

submitting the sub brand to QA and obtaining the follow up pack artwork (tasks 46 and 47).

The reason for this delay was unclear.

Action: Tanyalak to follow up and confirm timings.

The launch timings for the project were then discussed. It was stated on the latest T&E that

launch was expected for January 2007. One of the reasons for the delay was oven

availability. However, since Cambridge has agreed to conduct the ageing study the launch

timings could be revised.

Action: Surakait to revise T&E w/c 27'^ Feb to reflect changes to timings.

Chilli IV (Asia Pacific Fetherlite Warming) for the Hong Kong market

This project involves dosing Play Warming lubricant onto thin Asia Pacific easy on condoms

The product is to be registered according to ISO 4074:1996 for a July launch in Hong Kong

Action: Wadee Kanphai to confirm the product can be progressed through ISO

4074:1996

The current status of the artwork was discussed. The artwork is required before the end of

February, if it is not in place by this time then the registration cannot proceed via 1996 but

will have to be progressed through the ISO 4074:2002 route which will cause significant

delays.

Action: Eric Folliot to confirm dispatch of artwork to Thailand.

Registration through ISO 4074:2002 will also be progressed with dispatch to market January

2007.

This product is intended for Hong Kong only.

The validation protocol was requested by Cambridge.

Action: Surakait to forward to validation protocol to Andrew Brownhill

Asia Pacific Extra Safe

Registration via ISO 4074:1996 is currently being progressed for a June launch in Malaysia

and Singapore.
