               Dave answered the phone and said his name immediately.  When I explained that
               I wanted an oil changed and asked how much that would cost, he proceeded to
               ask me the make, model, and year of my vehicle.  This was to determine how
               much and what type of oil I would need.  Dave explained the oil change would

               include changing the oil, filters, and a general inspection.



               Dave asked if I had a preferred date and time.  He also asked if I’d like to wait
               while my car was being serviced, or if I was dropping off.



               After we found a mutual date, Dave repeated the date and time back to me and
               verified I would be waiting.  He said it would take about an hour.



               First Impression:  I already feel like I am bringing my vehicle to a very

               organized repair shop.  Dave was very friendly and helpful.  I was impressed by his
               knowledge around my specific vehicle.

                                           text message.  I so appreciated the reminder.
