The Big Day
I arrived at 9 AM. Derek greeted me and asked that I fill out a personal
information form. He confirmed I was going to wait while my car was being
serviced. I was shown the many beverage choices in the waiting area.
Dave was walking by and made sure I knew to use the water dispenser to refill my
personal water bottle, if needed.
At 10 AM, my car was ready. Dave explained that a Digital Inspection was sent to
my email and cell phone. He went over my invoice and explained the quote he
gave me for the $60 oil change was for four quarts of oil and that my vehicle
requires six. He said there was no extra charge today because of what he quoted
me, but he let me know the fee would be a bit higher next time to include the
extra oil.
I paid via debit card. Dave wished me a great day.
