COMPETITION
There are over 27 child care providers in area code 20001. The total capacity for
infants is 209 and the total capcity for toddlers is around 400 per our research.
Market share is shared by small local based daycares.. Our Child Care offers a lower
child to staff ratio, which is appealing to most parents. Additionally, the company
maintains child care fee levels that are 5-10% below the average of that of the large
commercial chain child care fees. We will have extended operating hours, opening at
6.00 a.m. Almost all the existing daycares open at 7am or later. We will upgrade and
build a top notch playground to enhance enrollment.
