PROPOSED TERMS OF LEASE

Given the current state of daycare business due to covid, below is our proposal----

We are willing to sign a 10 year lease

We would like 6 months’ rent abatement for build out and start up as soon as we get approval from dc

government

We request 6k monthly rent for 2.5 years

We will pay 9k rent after 2.5 years
